The people involved in re-building PCB

IMPORTANT to recognise these Guys, (never noticed a female on site !)

This is where all the pictures of the PEOPLE should go - there should be lots

bought in December 2009 from Roy and Elaine Sullivan - lawyers is a different story :(

hassle with planners, esp. the clown running the dept in Shrewsbury - never forget him jumping around in his office chanting "we are going to list it"
English Heritage sent a lad from Bristol, who wrote a report, 2 pages on the origin of the house name!
that part was laughed out. I checked Ruthin Gaol, the Denbyshire archive, and sure it is on the 1840 (first Ordance Survey) maps so it "has to be listed".

early architects- Hughes, emission-zero, Were generally useless. Richard liked drawing windows and pretending to be an architect - S challenged him RIBA ?
Another story - RIBA and RICS mean diddly squat - they simply pay £ to get letters after their name.
Endemic in UK: you are in the club if you pay and the Press do not expose your failures.
Valletts Studio (Mike and Kathy), nice people, somehow dropped out - other things on.
There was a good planner at the time - Philip Belchere - took a real interest in Sustainability.
Pat Borer see Wise building at CAT (Centre for Alternative Technology) took a look but was too busy with WISE.
Access-to-trees (James Plaskett) And came again in 2024
Choosing the Builders - Joe Thomas
and then all the subcontractors (Hanson for concrete, Steel fixers, Plumbers and electricians
Main Joiners were Lea Morris & Sam Thomas.
Usual labourers were : Jordan, Adam, (working via J Thomas), sometimes Keith.

Electrician for extension was usually Rob Elliot.
also did a lot with the ventilation duct work
Had fun with the land rover, Carla rescued it.

Colin Sandford, did a lot of the plumbing in extension
Later 2018 onwards.
S employed Gardeners. Hmm.
Too many things need re-working.
North Hallway roof - Kemper systems inspector said badly installed. Has 20 yr warrantee if the contractor can be traced.
Gavin Edwards - trading as Callidus, Zenith, and A-to-Z and others ...
Plumbers are a nightmare, S used 'Powell lads' to replace an immersion tank, that was another cowboy joke.
