There is a Septic tank located between the Barns and the Garages.
It was built quite some time ago, 30+ years.
All current house dirty water goes there.
In Sept. 2010, it hadn't been used for a while and had 'crusted over' so overflowed a bit;
Found a local farmer with the gear to pump it all out, presumably goes to his slurry store
No Issues since.
Assume after 3 internal divisions it lets 'clean but nutrient rich water out the back of the garages,
one sign is the height and width of the poplar trees - first just below 'sweet shop' clearly gets the most nutrients
There was some fuss made in 2015 about registering such tanks, private sewage treatment etc. which was duly done.
Originally the tank was built for livestock living in the barns so is massively oversize for a simple domestic house
